BLUSH policies
Privacy Policy
BLUSH is a private community for women. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Account details you provide (name, email, phone, password), profile content (photo, bio, city and state, interests, availability, friendship and meeting preferences), community content you post, messages you send through BLUSH, payment records from our payment processor, and technical information such as device, browser and approximate location derived from the city you enter.
How we use information
To operate your membership, build and display your profile, suggest introductions, form and manage Circles, deliver messages and notifications, process payments and renewals, moderate the community, respond to safety reports, and improve the platform.
What other members can see
Other members can see your profile content and an approximate location rather than a precise address. Your email address, phone number and payment details are never shown to other members. You control profile, location and messaging visibility from your account settings.
Sharing
We share information with service providers who help us run BLUSH — payment processing, email delivery, hosting, authentication, mapping and video meetings — under their own terms and privacy practices. We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect someone's safety. We do not sell member information.
Payments
Membership payments are processed by our payment processor. BLUSH does not store your full card number. Subscription status, billing period and cancellation state are stored so we can manage access to the community.
Photographs and promotional media
Consent to use your image in BLUSH promotional materials is a separate, optional choice recorded with your membership agreement. Declining does not affect your membership, and you may change your choice at any time by contacting BLUSH.
Retention
We keep account, membership and agreement-acceptance records for as long as needed to operate the community and meet legal, accounting and safety obligations. Agreement acceptance records are kept permanently as a historical record.
Your choices
You can edit or remove profile content, adjust privacy and notification settings, cancel your membership from your account page, and request access to or deletion of your personal information by contacting BLUSH. Some records are retained where the law allows or requires it.
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted connections and row-level access rules, to protect member data. No system is perfectly secure, so please use care in deciding what personal information you share with other members.
Children
BLUSH is for adults. Membership requires being at least eighteen years old, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
Changes
We may update this policy. When changes are material, we will notify members and, where appropriate, ask for renewed acceptance of the membership agreement.
Contact
Questions about privacy may be directed to Karen Slack LLC, doing business as BLUSH, through the support contact listed in your account.
